Having always lived in the eastern suburbs and been involved with local football, Rod has an almost affinity with the area and its people across all levels. From the “tradies”, right through to the company directors, he is well known and respected.

During this time Rod has been very successful in residential sales and after branching out in to Commercial/Industrial and Special Projects he has been negotiating projects all over Victoria. The Special Projects division of Rod Roach Real Estate specialises in property developments, subdivisions and projects including high rise buildings.
