Graeme had only been in real estate for a relative short time when he made a meteoric rise. Graeme started his career with Rod and Jeanette Roach who were with a large franchise group in residential sales, winning many awards for sales, culminating in 2004 finishing in the top ten for Victoria and Tasmania.

It became obvious that Graeme had a flair for putting together development sites. His first major development being the hugely successful ‘Victoria Hills’ Estate in Edwards Road, Chirnside Park. This estate set new records for prices achieved in the area, and also won several marketing awards.

Graeme soon developed a huge network of contacts capable of buying or developing projects of any type and any value.

The projects have varied between land subdivisions, high rise buildings, commercial estates and industrial sites.

There has also been a high demand for joint venture agreements where Graeme has put together parties who have successfully developed, sold and subsequently shared in the profits.

Rod Roach Real Estate Special Projects was created for Graeme and Rod to specifically cater for their ever increasing network.

Graeme has earned the respect and trust of some of Victoria and Australia’s most influential business people. His advice and expertise is often sought and he has been credited with the success of numerous projects.
