Property Manager

With parents Rod and Jeanette Roach having been in real estate for many years, it seemed to everybody that it would be a natural progression for their oldest of 4 sons, David to become an agent as well.

But for David it wasn’t going to be some cushy sales role – far from it. Wanting to earn his stripes like anyone else, he started as an assistant within the rapidly growing property management department, looking after residential and commercial properties.

Having been around real estate for so many years he quickly learned the ropes to move through the department, and in 2003 was appointed as the Senior Property Manager and head of the Department. By 2005 David had become Property Manager of the year with a major franchise real estate company.

Moving in to residential sales David soon started implementing the forcasting and advising of sales and leasing figures to developers hence his move into Special Projects. David now has a key role in selling bigger scale sub divisions on a residential and commercial basis, whether they start from raw land up until the on selling to buyers at any scale. David is now considered a great asset and back up for any development.

David is a committed family man with 3 young children and also has enjoyed been involved with local football clubs. With increasing work and family commitments these days, he’s had to hang up the boots and his main sporting interest now is golf.
